New Cards

Two of the card were just quick cards I made up using the embossing folder. The are the red and the crushed curry.

I was looking at the Tour de Freaks and fell in love with Gretchen's Faux Torn Vellum technique. Well I had to try it but did it a little different but used the same stamp set. All these cards used the Big Shot. The last card is a shadow box card that will fit into a regular envelope. Most of this card was made using the Big Shot except the circle was made by the circle cutter.

UDI Sketch Challenge #39

This is the first time I have had some time to participate in a challenge. So the first one I picked was the one for UDI this week. I used the Tall Tales DSP paper, Crushed Curry, Aminal Stories, Crushed Curry Ribbon and chocolate buttons (I am not sure if these are current but I used them anyway. I used Chocolate chip for the border around the elephant and covered it with glitter. Hope you like it.

Quick Cards

This card was made with a stencil using a sponge dauber to add the color. This was a really quick card to make.


DSP paper can make cardmaking really easy. This card was made entirely from "Tall Tales" DSP. The only stamping was the sentiment.

Card from my Secret Sister

I just received this card from my secret sister from Splitcoaststampers. I will find out later this month who she is with her reveal package. I love the card.

More New Cards

When I get in a mood, I can't stop making cards. I may stay up all night doing more. When I get in the mood, nothing stops me. Here is my latest. I have done a few I can't show you yet but these I can. Enjoy.

Baby Card

I am afraid that I like Pink Pirouette so much that I ordered a bunch at the end. It is such a subtle pink that it goes with just about any other color, so I used it with Melon Mambo. The only thing not SU on this card are the butterflies which are from a Martha Stewart Punch.

A couple of new cards

I have made a couple of new cards using mostly new catty stuff.

1st Christmas card for 2009

This is the first Christmas Card I am posting for 2009. I have others but they will come later. This is using the one stamps under $10 that is in the back of the catty. It also uses the new "In Colors" and the new snowflake stamp. I used crystal effects on the reindeer and the snowflake. The sentiment came from Teeny Tiny Words.

Trick or Treat

Most people are doing Christmas in July and I have done a couple of cards but can't post it yet because I am waiting on someone to post their card first. So in waiting, I decided to do some Halloween cards with the new sest I got in the mail today. The image is from "From the Crypt" and the Hostess Level One "Holiday Best" and "Tiny Tiny Wishes."

Nascar

Kasey got third tonight and moved from 12th to 8th in the points for the chase. Only 7 more races until the chase. He should do really well next week. I am so excited.

My Creations

Here other cards I have done with two stamps I have not had a chance to play with yet. They are Razzle Dazzle and the Jumbo wheel Friendly Words. And the DSP paper is Razzleberry Lemonaid.

LNS

We were to do a Wedding Challenge for LNS and to use current stuff. Well, I forgot and used some old Celery ribbon so I can't have it in the challenge but I am posting it here. My neice is getting married this weekend, so I think I will give it to the happy couple.
