Card Holder

I am sorry SU got rid of the Forget Me Not Keepers. But I bought a bunch right before the end so I would have enough for my storage and making fun Card Holders. This is what I made last night using a tutorial I purchased and "To the Nines" retired DSP.  Because most of the stuff is retired and I didn't have it, so I had to improvise. Anyway, here are the pics. I plan on selling this at the fall festival. Each month has a card in it and I am only posting the cards I made last night that go with the holder.

New Addition

I added some Stampin' Up Decor elements yesterday to my Scrapbox. I think I will have to add some more.

* What to do with file folders

These are retired file folders from Stampin' up, but I imagine you could take regular file folders and cover them with designer paper and do the same thing with them. You can get the instructions from:

barb@barbstamps.com

This is the front of the folder.

This is the inside w/3 cards on each side w/matching pen.

This is the rest of the folder (outside).

This is the inside with a 5x7 ruled paper attached.

More Oldies but goodies

SU Employees

Wouldn't you love to work for Stampin' Up. Here the employees in their lunch area (beautiful by the way) dance for us and listen to the song, it is all about stampin'. What fun.

ScrapBox

Here are pictures of my new ScrapBox all full and ready to use. I am so excited. I still have more clean up but the box is full of what I want to keep and now I am ready to make some cards.
This is the box closed.
This the mask my daughter brought back to me from New Orleans when she was there for the NCAA Tournament. She played in the Pep band for ODU. I thought it was a perfect place to put it.

This is the middle of the box right above the desk. This is where I put my current DSP Paper, embossing folders, glitters and other stuff.

This is where I keep my 12 x 12 paper and other supplies. I have marked them so they are easy to find. This is on the left side of the box.

This is the far left hand side of the box. It is all velcro.

This is the right side of the box where I keep larger supplies, rub-ons, and my current scraps according to the collection they are in.

This is the far right side of the box, also velcro.

This is the middle again looking down at the desk folded down.

This is the desk when it is folded out ready to use. I have a great lamp to use.

This is my Big Shot stuff under the desk.

This is the box looking to the left from the middle.

This is the box looking to the right from the middle.

You can store stuff on top and it does not move when you move the box. Great construction. This is my retired button vase.

This is the company who makes the box.

This is closing it up from the left side.

This is closing the rest of the left side and latching it.

And this is the box completely shut again and rolled back into place. The C is a gift for my daughter made with our new newsprint paper.

Hope you enjoyed the tour of my new box.

* Some Old Cards I am bring out of retirement.

Since these sets will not be retiring and most of the colors are not either and the ones that are can be easly
substituted, I thought I would bring them out again. Some of you new followers may not have seen them.

Convention 2011

Yes, I have decided to go to Convention next year and have already made my hotel reservations and my Late Night Stampers Pre-Convention activities so I will be in Salt Lake City for a whole week. I am so excited. I even got a roommate already, Kelly Mayou. She does blog finds and I have been featured several times. I am soooooo excited. My upline will be back from Convention in a couple of days and I will have all the swaps she did for me. I can't wait to post them for you.
In the meantime, please remember to leave comments and your email so you can be entered in my monthy blog candy give away. You have until the end of the month. This month I will be giving away Flower Lines and the small heart punch.

One Sheet Wonder

I got tired today of trying to get my craft room straight. I have been working on since last weekend and I needed to make some cards, not just MDS cards. I have sooooo much retired stuff so I used some to make cards that I can sell at our annual craft fair in October.
