As some of you may know, I have been laid up since Thursday from surgery. It is taking much longer for my body to bounce back and I am in a lot of discomfort. So to help me when I am not sleeping, I am making cards, much to my DH's displeasure because I am doing it in the living room and making a complete mess. Between yesterday and today I have made 18 cards. I am only going to show you one at a time. This first one of the motorcycle and the new newsprint DSP paper. I should have used vanilla paper to print the motorcycle on. It was one of my husband's employees who had a birthday and I of course offered him one of my cards and he said he doesn't get into that kind of thing but I knew he rode a harley so I said, wonder if I make one with a motorcycle on it and he said maybe. After he saw it, he said it was just the thing. Normally I wouldn't buy things like the motorcycle but since it was just one stamp, I splurged and bought it. I am glad I did now.

it could be worse...you could be sitting in bed, whining and generally demanding. would the man like that better? i wish you the best in your recuperation period. as far as i am concerned...move the card-making stuff when you are darn good and ready!!!! have a wonderful, creative day...despite...
Get well soon, take it slow and one small step at a time! This card is so nice,I too hadn't bought the motorcycle, but this card is making me re-think that! Very nice!!
The motorcycle stamp wouldn't be one of my choices either but I really like what you did. I've seen that dsp on other blogs; it's starting to grow on me.
This is the first card I have liked with the Newspaper Print DSP. Goes great with the motorcycle too. Thanks for sharing.
