These are retired file folders from Stampin' up, but I imagine you could take regular file folders and cover them with designer paper and do the same thing with them. You can get the instructions from:

This is the front of the folder.
This is the inside w/3 cards on each side w/matching pen.
This is the rest of the folder (outside).
This is the inside with a 5x7 ruled paper attached.
